Mr. Foward was born in Kettering, Ohio and raised in Jefferson Township. He attended Jefferson Township local schools until the 2nd quarter of his six grade year. He later transferred to Christ Temple Christian School where he graduated with honors as class valedictorian. He was a leader on the Christ Temple Warriors basketball team averaging 34.7 points a game in his junior year. He was also known as a poet at Christ Temple Christian School where he won 1st Place at the Ohio State Accelerated Christian Education Convention with his poem entitled "A Special Prayer From Timothy Fred". His poem was entered in the National ACE Competition for creative writing. As a result of his academic achievement, he was awarded an Academic Scholarship, Principles Scholarship, Iddings
Foundation Scholarship, Aetna Life & Causality Insurance Company Scholarship while attending Central State University. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree with a dual major in Management and Marketing on June 17, 1990 from Central State University. He also received his Master Degree in Administration and Organization from International Apostolic University of Grace & Truth on July 13, 2002.

Mr. Foward is employed by Speedway Super America LLC with more than fourteen years of loyal and dedicated service. He served as a Store Manager, an Associate Category Manager and is currently a District Manager with more than 13 years of experience at his present position. The Lord has blessed him to acquire knowledge and training in many diverse functional disciplines to include: Management Development; Inventory Control; Cost & Retail Management; Operations Mgmt.; Profit & Loss Analysis; and Budgeting & Forecasting Analysis. He created and implemented a District Manager Field Internship Program to help college students learn the business by receiving hands-on experience that they can utilize in the future. In addition, to help reduce the unemployment rate in our community, he has employed several clients of the Dayton Urban League and the Dayton Job Center.

Pioneering forward to be a community servant, Mr. Foward serves as a Board of Trustee Member and Community Relations Director for International Apostolic University of Grace and Truth. He serves as the President of the NAACP Dayton Unit and is an Executive Committee Member of the NAACP for the State of Ohio. Mr. Foward is a Life Member of the NAACP and is truly committed to protecting the Civil Rights of all Americans. In July 2005, he served as the Vice Chairman of the Credentials Committee at the 96th Annual NAACP National Convention. In July 2006, he served as the Chairman of the Credentials Committee at the 97th Annual NAACP National Convention. He also serves as President of the Northern Hills Neighborhood Association and Vice President of the 5th Senate District Advisory Council. He is a member of the Central State University College of Arts and Sciences Advisory Board and is also a member of the Central State University Dayton Alumni Chapter. He is a Life Member of the Dayton Urban League and the Dayton Urban League Young Professionals.

Mr. Foward believes his work ethic, educational background, positive attitude and willingness to learn from his constituents will afford him the opportunity to help the citizens of our great country. As a multi-talented diverse community leader, he promises to do what is right for the citizens of our great community through honesty, teamwork and a commitment to excellence. He is a blessed, gifted and courageous man of impeccable integrity.

He has been married to his lovely wife, Mrs. Jean A. Foward for more than 9 years and they have two sons (Troy & Donte), two daughters (Jayme & Letoia), two grandchildren (Te’Nayia & Ze’Niah) and three godchildren (Derrion McCurdy, Donovan Dumas & Taylor Dumas).
